COVID-19 Compliance
At MarketMe, our highest priority is and always has been to protect the health and safety of everyone we work with, whether it’s the client, the talent or the crew. So to ensure the health and safety of our talent and crew, we take a new approach to production that allows us to continue creating quality content while reducing the risk of COVID-19.
We adhere to all federal, state and local regulations, including social distancing, hygiene protocols, staffing and operations, cleaning and disinfection. Below is our plan for the live-action filming approach. However, each plan will be evaluated individually, and a specific safety plan will be created for each project.
Confirmation of COVID symptom absence
All participants must confirm that they have not had any COVID-19 symptoms in the past fourteen days. They must also confirm that no one they have been in contact with has had any symptoms. This could include, but is not limited to, cough, fever, or anosmia (loss of sense of smell or taste). Also, all participants in the shoot will have their temperature checked upon arrival.
Limited number of people
It is generally accepted that there are a lot of people involved in video shoots, but in fact we can create amazing content with small crews of one or two people. So in the future, only those whose presence is absolutely necessary will be on set. We also understand how important it is for our clients to be present on set, so we ensure that clients can virtually connect to the shoot to watch the content during the shoot.
Ventilation
In interior locations the production team will do their best to increase airflow and maintain proper ventilation. Where necessary, fans will be provided and used.

Hygiene and disinfection
- Hand sanitizer will be available at all times. We will ensure that hand sanitizer is available and easily accessible on set for all of our shoot participants.
- All equipment will be thoroughly disinfected prior to each shoot. Wiping and disinfecting equipment and outer covers before each shoot will be part of our set preparation process.
- All crew members and talent are required to wear PPE (gloves and mask) at all times during filming.
- All paperwork will be managed digitally.
Social Distancing
- Social distancing measures will be outlined prior to the start of filming and will be applied throughout.
- Cameras will be placed no closer than 6 feet from the subject.
Meals will be eaten off set
All filming participants will be thoroughly briefed on these rules prior to the start of filming. Any non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the set.
